My word is not only my expressed intent, it is also my result.

My word is strong – never weakened by words such as “maybe, might, try”, or statements such as “I’ll do my best”.

I always frame my commitments within a time line understanding that schedules and deadlines depend upon it.

I secure and expect commitments from others as I commit to others freely and often.

I only commit to that which I know I will do.
